Back Pain Treatments

                General home treatments like sleeping on one side with pillow between the legs and keeping pillow below the knees will give some comfort. Initial treatment for a person with low back pain is to take rest, small exercises, and not to do stretching, lifting weights and other activities that increases the pain in the back. Surgery is suggested for persons having certain progressive nerve problems. Do not get dishearten when there is delay in getting relief from the pain. It takes time for the muscles to regain momentum, so do your exercise regularly and take medicines to get back into your track of normal healthy life.

Try to sleep for at least 6-8 hours a day, rest your body in a flat surface and sleep on your sides for most part of the time you sleep. Keep these things in mind and avoid any stress to your back to keep it away from the back pain and enjoy your life with ease.
