Sharpen Your Brain

              Humans have the highest capability to think and learn at the age of five. When they grow most of them lose their sharpness in brain. Everyone’s expectation is to have a good physical and mental health even in their middle ages. In the middle ages people can’t remember certain things. They often forget to do something. Somebody can’t remember the place where they kept their purse. It may cause stress because of their absentmindedness.

But most of them have the chance of acquiring Alzheimer’s disease. It is the disease which destroys the brain cells and it leads to the loss of brain function normally. It may lead to death also. The problem is that they should not get tensed because it may lead to brain stroke. The main risk factor behind this is the problem of acquiring the Heart problems and brain stroke. One should not have a habit of continuous consumption of alcohol as it may affect the brain cell directly. In this technological world there are lots of automobiles emerges. Most of them love to drive fast. Most of them have brain injuries because of the accidents caused while driving.

We come across many people with good mental health in the age of eighties. It is not because of luck or by god’s grace. The habit of continuous learning made their brain sharper. We can be physically and mentally healthy if we have a balanced diet taking enough fruits to enrich ourselves. It is the sole responsibility to take care of ourselves.

OBAMA – The Most Successful Black Hero

               It was the happiest day for the blacks when barrack Obama was elected as the President of United States of America. He was the first African-American to be the President of United States of America. He was elected as the President when the U.S economy touched the bottom level. He won the people’s heart by saying three words, “yes we can”. He is a sound person and a great leader. His speech inspired many people around the world. When he took oath as president of United Nations he also took the responsibilities to uplift the United States’ economy and to solve financial crisis and to resolve unemployment issues since lakhs of people  had to lose their jobs since many banks collapsed and economy crashed  down and he assured them that he will provide employment for everyone. He was carrying the entire burden caused by the banks and he was confident to get back America into the right track.

He renewed the loans for various industries which were under severe losses. He was a man with full of spirit who doesn’t want to interfere in war issues. He reduced the troops in Iraq. He introduced many policies to support the Americans and provide loans to largest companies like General Motors, Chrysler Corporation to resume its operations. He had a only one goal and that is to bring back America to its original state and still people believe that he will do it as quickly as possible in future.
